Day Of Coordination
Investment Starting at $1,700
Includes:
Introductory meeting to introduce ourselves, review vendors, details, and your vision
3 planning meetings (initial, mid-way check, final check), plus unlimited additional support as needed via phone or email
Creation of a comprehensive wedding-day timeline and custom floor plan
Final review of your vendor list and confirmations 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding
Rehearsal coordination and ceremony direction
Day-of management - overseeing every detail from setup to send-off
On-site management for 10–12 hours on wedding day*
Coordination of vendor breakdown, decor removal, packing personal items, and ensuring all belongings are safely gathered before venue close.
Emergency kit, problem-solving and timeline adjustments throughout the event
For couples who planned it all - and want the day to run effortlessly. This service ensures every detail you’ve planned is executed seamlessly. We take over communication with your vendors, finalize the master timeline, and oversee every moving part on the wedding day so you can relax and be fully present on your wedding day.
Partial Planning
This elevated service offers hands-on support during the final months leading up to your wedding. Together, we’ll fine-tune logistics, fill vendor gaps, align design elements, and coordinate all the details from rehearsal through reception. Perfect for couples who want more than coordination but not full-service planning.

Includes all aspects of “Day Of Coordination”, plus:
Vendor recommendations (up to 3 categories) and contract support
Budget and planning checklist support
Venue walkthrough (when possible) and layout guidance
Timeline creation and vendor scheduling

Full day-of management 10–12 hours on wedding day*
Décor setup oversight and cueing of formalities
